Its primary geographic markets located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Michigan, Illinois, Maryland, Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, Washington, District of Columbia, Delaware, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Wisconsin and South Carolina. It also provides various products and services internationally. The Company operates through four segments: Retail Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking, Asset Management Group, and BlackRock. Its bank subsidiary is PNC Bank, National Association (PNC Bank), which is a national bank.
